Website and Forums Are Down

500 – Internal server error.

Yes, that is all you’re going to get at the moment if you try the regular website or forums.

I’m still working on the issue, and I’m going to need to find some external help for this issue as I feel I’ve been beaten.

After spending the last two days trying to resolve the answer, and upgrading PHP, this is where I’m at.

I’ll post more when this issue is resolved.

Server Issues!

Well, I’ve spent the last hour and a half dealing with the support staff at Good Company’s server provider looking for answers for the downtime this evening.

I know for sure that TeamSpeak has been down for over an hour now, and access to the website and forums is spotty as well.

I believe some of the game servers have been affected also.

This is not a “low on funds” issue, as all bills are paid and up-to-date, but instead it is a technical issue, and I’m working with the server provider to get it resolved.

I’m going to bed now, and will check on things in the morning.

Forums Unstable

I’ve received reports of the forums not working 100%, and people getting Internal Server Errors. I was able to replicate the issue, and got the same error myself. I’m working on it now, and may have to reboot the webserver.

Game Servers Down

It appears that the game servers are currently down, and I’m looking into the issue. I have been working with the server provider, and working on some billing issues, and they were not supposed to disable the servers for non-payment until we worked some things out. I hope to have them up shortly.

Today’s Downtime

Yes, today’s downtime was again due to the servers being suspended due to past due server fees.

This in large part is what cause me to build this blog that is not connected to the webserver that runs Good Company Gaming, and can be a central point for status updates, and a way to communicate should the main site go down.

I am also working on being able to update you better and more periodically about the financial status of Good Company so that you will be able to see at all times when funds are needed to continue operations, and also recognize those that have contributed to the cause of keeping this site up.

Now more than ever, I need to ask you to include a note with your username when you donate either through PayPal, or when sending a check in the mail, and if you want to remain anonymous I need to know that as well also.

I hope to have these pages “Financial Status” and “Donations Received” fully updated in the days to come.
